A few days ago, October 19 to be exact… that’s 3 days ago, I initiated a transfer of funds from my Paypal account to my HSCB Canadian Dollar account.

This was only to test if HSBC can accept a hassle free transaction with Paypal. Apparently, they do since today they called up my wife back home (landline number probably) and informed her that Paypal is transferring Php14,000 (that’s $300US = 46.99php) to my Dollar account.

Don’t think I overlooked that Php to CND?! No, I didn’t. This was only a test anyway. But my bad. I should have put my HSCB Philippine Peso account. Why? Because they (HSCB) said that they will be putting the money on my Credit card funds.

I don’t want that.Â

I immediately emailed them back saying if they could put the money on my PHP account, that would be better.

Let’s wait. It would take them at most 2 to 3 banking days.
