First time I ever played Guitar Hero on HDTV last night.. I played it till 1am in the morning would you believe that?! That was after my wife and I watched Stephen King‘s “1408″! I also bought that blueray movie back in Canada. (The movie was scary.. it was scary shit! :))

Here’s some pictures taken this morning when Nel brought Matt in… I was playing Rockband/Guitar Hero when they got here.

I’m looking quiet fit eh? hehhe joke.. actually i weigh more now than before I went to canada… I might need to buymyself some Phentermine diet pills.

The 47LG50 HDTV that we bough in Futureshop (burnaby) arrived a couple of days ago… Stranded sya sa house ng girlfriend ng officemate ko.

I instructed UMAC (the freight/cargo/shipping company) to have the TV delivered there since Norzagaray, Bulacan is a little way too far.

I was wrong.. toink! :D

I should have addressed it to our home.. para di na ko problema sa pag uwi.. :D

I just talked with Dennis Bernal.. i was going to rent his pickup truck to get the HDTV but he said it wont be available till monday or tuesday. Darn.

First weekend of October. We head out to Sears department store (after getting some moolah in Royal Oak St… Crystal Mall HSBC’s offline).

Ruel was planning to buy toys and other gifts for his children… I was planning to get my sons a few toys of their own.. plus last night, i tried playing ROCKBAND, and got frustrated that I can’t because it’s looking for a microphone so i thought I’ll buy one today… and to my dismay, after I bought it, i found out that I don’t need it, coz what ever module (that is controller) you put it, pwede naman pala.. so i should have put the ROckband drum set in.. edi di na humingi ng mic.. sayang $15. :)

Anyway, I bought my sons little something (PlayDOh set for Matt and first crayons for sean) and my niece her requested pink Barbie doll. Along with the official Rockstar microphone, i also bought a $15 HDMI cable. Also bought my wife her own Canada shirt (vancouver) red one.

What else… of yeah, today I tried playing Rockband’s drumset part.. It was superb! Just want I expect it. Nag paltos pa finger ko since the drum stick was shipped together with the HDTV LG.

Today is Sunday. This is our second weekend (sunday) here in Burnaby, Canada. Officially living here as a homestay for 11 days now.

Yesterday we went strolling again along Kingsway (well, Burke St. first) and the guys went to to NCIX while I spent the afternoon looking for pasalubong stuff in Metrotown Mall, Sears and Best Buy.

Buying was easy since I need no translator when talking to the staff and all. But I wasn’t able to buy that many.

While I was in Sears, I went ahead and checked out those HDTVs, those bluetube black tube.. technically they’re no longer ‘tube’ but hey, the tube will always be the TV.

Bought a 10-pair socks which is on sale marked at $14.99, but bouth it around $9 something (thanks sa scratch and save). Also bought souvenir shirt for Matt and Sean.

Next place I found myself was in Best Buy across the street… again, check out the cool stuff they have inside.. HDTV, Bluray players, DVD and BlueRay Discs. mp3 players and ipods accessories and tons of stuff… plus Zen! That $100 Creative Labs Zen.. :)
