We were scheduled to take our lunch outside today, para maiba naman since it’s Matthew’s 3rd birthday… Tulad ng kay Sean, di naman ganon ka garbo and birthday celebration namin ni Matthew. We just drove somewhere and eat lunch somewhere and took a walk somewhere (that somewhere is the newly opened community mall in nearby town… what a dissappointment).

Anyway, morning of March 1, I had to meet the real estate agents who offered me to buy a hefty 345 square meter piece of lot near my sister and brother’s place. Yesterday was our first meeting, and after we agreed to some agreement, I told them that I can go ahead and buy it. Tapos nga kanina, we meet is Atty. Villegas’ place so we can sign papers saying that I will be giving the owner Php20,000 to prepare the preliminary papers.

That piece of land is the 2nd most expensive thing that Blog money bought! Second only to The Car.

After that meeting, I immediately went home and took my family out for lunch…. During this time also, my brother (and his wife) was in the hospital… His wife was apparently giving birth one month early. They had to stay in the hospital for observation.. I though magiging ka birthday ni Matt si “Allyson”… but bukas pa pala.. (see next post).
