I wont be posting the example or sample condition deed of sale for the piece of land that I want to purchased. I just want mention here that yesterday the seller and I already signed the contract (I guess that’s the conditional deed of sale) stating the amound I gave him and the remaining balance that I have to pay for the next 8 months.

That piece of land, as stated on the deed of conditional sale, is a 343 square meter, rectangular lot… The buyer gave it to me at a very reasonable (if not cheap) price of Php1000/sq.m…. He asked for a 50% down payment and the rest of the 50% payable in 12 months (or 1 year)…


Told hime Php170,000 is a little steep for me (and besides, di abot sa Google Adsense earning)… I suggest we lowered down the down payment and make the 50% balance payable for 8 months! We agreed on the compromised that I give P100,000 and the rest is every 4 months.. Now, I no longer have spare money stashed somewhere… It’s better this way, money invested on something than spending is some Vegas vacations


I agreed.. papers signed… Can’t wait for November 2009!
