and since it’s not working, it’s office time for me.. anyway, it’s Monday and Monday is always Emmo day and office day and work day. Tomorrow though is suppose to be a work from home day, but apparently that wont happen.. VPN is still not working.
Tried a new route today going sa office.. Via Quirino Highway, Regalado, Katipunan, C5 —> Kalayaan –> Buendia.. Office.
Pabalik? Same…
Time it took? Same.. 2hours… from bahay to office (not counting the time it took to find me a parking space).. 8:30am – 10:15am… Pabalik.. 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Advantage? Well, no Tollgate sa NLEX..
Disadvantage? Makaldag.. wawa car.. and the distance.. pero parang same lang.. 50Km..
Verdict.. kakapagod.. gusto ko na matulog. Good night.

Yesterday we all went to Manila Ocean Park as a, like a way to celebrate our two boys’ birthdays. We got there around lunch time, 11am. It took 2 hours to drive from Norzagaray to there. The route was EDSA –> Buendia –> Roxas Boulevard.. I know that the Manila way is nearer but I’m more comfortable with the latter.
The Google Maps application in the iPhone once again came in handy in checking out the route and the kanto kanto.
If I remembered right (my wife bought the ticket) Adult or regular folks costs Php400 a ticket.. Children who are over 2 feet costs Php350 and for babies/toddlers, that is less that 2 feet are free.. 20% is given for senior citizen.

My mind has been occupied with one thing lately, and that’s money. I am thinking of money to buy that house and lot that we want to buy.
I have plans to sell my car, borrow money and get a Pag Ibig loan. So most of the post that I’ll be posting here are related to that.
Today is a Php460,000 day. We went to Sta. Maria Bulacan with $10,000 in hand… Yep, you guessed it, exchanged rate was $1 = Php46.00 February 17, 2010… I wonder what’s the forex in a months time? 6 months? A year? Let’s wait and see.

Here are the steps in applying for a housing loan tru Pag-Ibig.. and I was not paid by Vice-President Noli De Castro to post this. I attended an hour or so seminar in Atrium Makati just to find out what are the requirements in order to avail the Pag Ibig housing loan that every PagIbig member is entitled.
I thought I was the first one who will blog about this but I’m not. I did a quick search and found several PagIbig post. Perusing some of them, I notice that some of the information are obsolete. According to the lady speaker herself, the seminar (which is one of the requirement) is valid for 6 months and after that, the member who wish to avail the loan must attend another orientation since there could be new or updated information by then.
Anyway, here are the “Easy Steps in Housing Loan Application” ’stolen’ directly from the handouts that PagIbig gave away.. with a little addons.
