Need to hit the treadmill? I do! If you don’t have time to go to the gym, have the comfort of getting exercise at home. Exercising on a treadmill can reduce the strain to the ankles, knees and lower back that would be involved in running on a normal surface. That’s why it is the best equipment to use when you need to jog indoor.
My brother bought this trendmill and started using it a few weeks back for just a couple of days. Then I stopped. What can I do? I’m just plain lazy.
Anyway, I mention exercising equipment because yesterday I was out buying old computers (CPU to be exact) and I thought if I didn’t bring my car, I would then be perspiring heavily. Badly needed to do some exercises.
Aside from any other manual home exercises, it is very useful whenever you need vigorous amount of weight to lose. Because walking and jogging are the best cardiovascular exercises to do in order to lose weight. So go and hit it.

I was out the whole day yesterday, Monday. Monday is my Sunday by the way, supporting Canada clients kind of like adjust your weekends too… So the usual Saturday and Sunday weekends is Sunday and Monday to me.
So, my “Sunday” was spent outside. I took my car to the ‘casa’ yesterday to have its rear shock replaced. The ‘advisor’ (that’s the term they use to the one who attends to the car) said during my last visit that my suspension needs to be replaced because it’s all worn out.
The original quote on that job is 24K PHP. James of Mazda greenhills gave me a discount and bill me Php21K instead… After that, I head straight to HSBC Fort branch to get my ATM replacement.. Dang Allan of HSBC assured me that it will only took 3 days for the replacement. It’s been a week, pero wla pa.. The lady there said that she’ll transfer the ATM card here at their Ortigas branch.
It’s the third day. This is the third day of our new shift schedule at work. Team D, which is our team, started our shift Tuesday afternoon, 2pm and shift ends at 11pm.
During the first day, I was in the Discovery office. I attended Todd’s documentation review meeting. During the second day, I was again in Discovery office with Mel.
I just want to note here that before going to the office, had my lunch at binalot (SM megamall’s food court) and bought this cute little hardbound book, “Dear Dad”… It’s all about a list of “Thank you’s” for Daddies. I want to experience at least 90% of those stuff with my sons.
Third day… Now, I’m here at the third floor of our apartment, tenant-less, just me and working from home… It’s raining eh… perfect time for an exercise, a couple of minutes on the trend mill, few sits us and slimming pill:)
Last Saturday, our little town of Norzagaray, Bulacan was one of the unlucky town to be hit by a strong typhoon named Ondoy… blah blah blah..

This was taken October 2006 or last few days of September 26.. I know because this was taken in The Rocks – one of downtown Sydney’s tourist attraction… You can actually see the Harbor Bridge and The Opera House from there.

By looking at the title alone, you probably have no idea what I’m saying or thinking… which is crazy – crazy idea. This is Crazy Idea No. 2! :)
So, what am I talking about?
An ‘FX’ is a type of vehicle or a Van. If you’re from around here, you now know what I’m talking about.. The Tamaraw FX.
The FXs are used to transport poeple from one place to another. It is a alternate to buses. It has its own advantages and disadvantages. The main advantage is the time of travel.. it’s faster and more convenient.
One bad thing about it is the space.. if 4 big men are sitting side by side on the second row, it’s super sikip..
The Crazy Idea here is to place a handle just like in the Jeepney or in the MRT stations.
What for? well, if all men sitting all have their arms down, with broad shoulders and all, they just wont fit.. it’s better (at least a little) to raise their arms and spare some space.
Crazy, yeah.

update: The text above was the only thing I was able to write while communiting (in a bus) going home. The mobile device used was my XDA Zinc via Smart 3G. The problem is the interface of Wordpress. The space provided on the Text Box are so small you can’t even see the character being typed.
I am now thinking of getting a much better phone .. or a UMPC! Which is better of course.. :)
The ‘notes’ part on the title was about the ‘new words‘ that i read on this month’s Readers’ Digest.. Which I now forgot. :)
