Nag update lang ako ng status sa Facbook saying ‘..starting to feel the city life..’ and I thought why not make a version of it here in my blog site.
I got my unix account login few days ago and started checking the password and updating na rin. I was working from home nung tumawag yung boss ko from hungkung… “call me now”.
Limamput pitong minuto telebabd sa phone.. dahil may tinuro saking ipapagawa.. That’s one of the down side pag sa bahay ka pumasok.. walang desk phone :).. so for $0.40 a minute .. mga Php1000+ kwenta ko eh.. walang kwenta.
During the meeting yesterday, ano daw gusto ko documentation or technical ek ek… Ang gusto ko reces :).. i picked the ssh side of unix admin and not the excel side of it.
Fresh na fresh sa ‘chair’ server… tons of pasa load na! Ayus lang! Bring it on!.. Meron pang filesystem growth.. na wala namang volume manager.. format sana kaya lang malaki chance na mabura ko data nila :D not sure kung may back up.. syempre, basa basa pa ko documentation..
Ngayon sa bahay ulit.. at may pagpupulong ulit.. pero this time.. di ako sasali :) sayang load :D
February 19, 2010.. Today we gave the initial payment, the down payment, for the property that we want to purchase. By August 19, 2010 we expect that piece of property to be fully paid and that we will be occupying it by that time. We were given a photo copy of True Certified Title (TCT), Tax Declaration and a receipt as proof of down payment.
For the last couple of post, I mentioned that I was selling my car (still is) and that I need to find myself 1.5 Million pesos. That is because we are planning, to buy this house and lot just across the street from our old home.
So anyway, like I said today we already gave the first half (or a little over half) of payment.. the balance will be on or before 6 months.. that is August 19, 2010.. Wish us luck!
Would like to thank Tatay, Nanay, Tita, Ney, and Google Adsense for the money! :)
I’m selling my Mazda 3 (emmo) for 1.5 Million Pesos! Pretty expensive huh? Well, it’s not actually. The sentence there is a little misleading or confusing. I am selling my car because I need to raise myself 1.5 million pesos.
Got my own iPhone 3GS yesterday. This is the unit that comes with the Gflex 800 plan with a cash out of Php30,400. There is a 24-month lock in period for any plan with Globe (and with Smart for in that matter). Also, I enroll my account with the “Super Surfing” promo. According to the Globe personel, that promo was initially offered for the Blackberry plan for Php2,000. Now the Super Surfing plan for Globe Philippines is also available for the Iphone and lowered the monthly fee at Php1,200.
Anyway, like I said I instantly got my iPhone 3GS from Globe SM Fairview yesterday. I say instant because I went there, gave my application form and docs, they went inside their office and brought me the unit.
Please excuse me if I posted this in the woring forum but I was wondering if anyone can implications of an un-updated RDO?
I understand that this is the code that determines the municipality where one’s taxes are remitted. But what I want to know is what’ll happen to the taxpayer, ie employee, if it is not updated to where your employer is currently registered…
Anyway, last night, there was a terrible thing that happened. Matt, my 4 year old son, cut himself from a sheet of tin, his white board when he jumped over the bed.
