Ola! We’re back from a 2 days vacation in Zambales! Frittered Maudy Thursday and Good Friday in Palauig, Zambales. Original plan was for us to spend it in Putipot Island, also somewhere in Zambales, Candelaria. Wherever that Putipot island is, it sure is super far! We drove 4 hours and 30 minutes. If only we drove 30 minutes more, as Manilenio said, it took them 5 hour drive.

Anyway, beach is beach… and the important thing is that the kids enjoyed it, and we did too.

We left Norzagaray, Bulacan around 11:30am. I reset the mileage meter somewhere in Partida. That’s give or take 4 or 5 kilometers. From there to Palauig, the meter showed 240+ km.

We arrived there around 4:30pm. Kids gone for an afternoon swim.. buti di sinipon. Bro-in-law and I started the inihaw grill for the

Activity of Matt and Sean for the first weekend of March.

Saturday is grocery day. Walter Mart (ulit) and venue… Ang layo kasi ng SM Marilao… dapat ipapatingin namin ung Gateway na netbook dahil nag s-shutdown sya mag-isa, pero dahil tinatamad nga, procrastinate mode muna, next time nalnag.. nagagamit pa naman.

So, sa Walter Mart na lang kami nag grocery… Nung nandun kami, before kami pumunta sa grocery area, nakita ko showing pala yung movie na Alice in Wonderland (Sean Penn).. so after lunch (Jabi!… dami nakain nila Matt Sean), naggrocery na and then, nood sine.

Natulog si Sean si Matt nanood. Ok naman ang movie, pero sabi nila mas maganda daw sa 3D… Ok lang, same story naman yun :)

Sunday is Zoey’s Pool Party. Birthday ni Zoey last Week, March 1 pero Sunday nag celebrate sa isang pool resort sa Bliss Norzagaray Bulacan.

Party Huslers and nag setup… hmmm…. may clown naman. Close family and some friends are there. Enjoy naman mga bata dahil nag swimming after. Bitin nga lang kasi hapon na at baka masipon.

December 17, 2005… that’s 4 years ago… The day me and my wife tied the knot.. ung sumakal saming dalawa. :)

It has been 4 wonderful years.. away, bati.. lagi namang ganon.. a relationship that does not have that flavor is fiction… sa pocket book lang…

Anyway, I am happy that our marriage is four years old and we are looking forward for the fortieth! … or more!

I always post our wedding day pictures on this special day.. so here it is (again).. taken from my very first blog.. before I even knew WordPress.. (yes folks, plain old notepad and html)… Sana after 50th anniversary, ma post ko pa rin to.. wonder how I/we look like then…

THE WEDDING

12-17-05

2:30am – Wake up time for those who will be coming from Bulacan. My parents, bros, my ate and pamangkins, most of the sponsors and relatives.

3:30am – Wake up time for us, Sta. Rosa Laguna. I’m not sure if I woke up at 3:30am or if I ever even fall asleep in the first place.

5:00am – The make up lady came, with the flowers and stuff. She even suggested a re-decor of the place. (Thanks Ms. Sol!)

5:30am – The Video/Photo people arrived. They got lost. A short time later, the bride’s maids arrived. (Time to bath)

6:00am – The groom prepares – that’s me by the way. No need for makeup. :)

6:30am – Bulakenos arrived. They are suppose to pick me up by 6:30 but we left around 7:00 something.

8:00am – Ceremony started. Ready or not, complete or not.. the priest waits for no man. :-)

10:00am – To Villa Caceres…. The Reception.. Etc…

Part II – To Bulacan

1:00pm – After lunch and after we brought the gift home (the apartment is the new home).. We the proceed to the second reception.. in Bulacan…

The great thing about Flickr Pro is that there is no limit on how many photos you can upload. For videos, you can upload up to 200MB, which practically unlimited too. (Unfortunately, one of the video we’ve taken last Dec 07, was more than 200MB)
