I just found out that my blogging mentor, my motivator (also Jehzeel who, a few years back also resigns and blogs full time, quit blogging and now back) and the whole dude behind my making money online endeavor has finally left the corporate world to become a full pledge, full time blogger!

I want to be like that! One day, some day.. over the rainbow, I will earn more than my salary to move to Bulacan (oh yeah, I’m already here.. back and forth Bulacan – Makati – Bulacan everyday!) and quit my day job to become another full time blogger who’s earning 6-digit income (in Philippine Pesos).
But for now…
… it’s 6:am and I need to go to work… waaah!
I’m selling my Mazda 3 (emmo) for 1.5 Million Pesos! Pretty expensive huh? Well, it’s not actually. The sentence there is a little misleading or confusing. I am selling my car because I need to raise myself 1.5 million pesos.

Now, why am I selling again? Like I said, I need 1.5 million to buy myself and my family a not so brand new house and lot!
From the previous post I have mentioned that I applied for a Gflex plan 800 with a bundled iPhone 3GS. Since yesterday I have been playing with it, getting myself familiar with interface and installing all sorts of applications from social networking to business and games.
One of the free app that I installed was Wordpress and this is the first post using the iPhone and that wordpress app for iPhone.
The first month of 2010 is almost done and we are now heading to the “love month” and before you know it, the first quarter of the year just swoosh through! So, before the freshness of 2010 wind down, and while other bloggers share their magic keyword earner, let me share my… nope not my keywords, but my Google Adsense earnings for 2009.

The University of the Philippines released over the weekend the results of the UP College Admission Test or UPCAT for school year 2010-2011.
It is extremely convenient for those who took the UPCAT to check out UP’s website about the examination. The link is provided below. Hard copies of the results are also posted at the lobby of the UP Office of Admissions in UP Diliman campus and other UP units (Los Baños, Manila, etc.).
