2012 The Movie
Saw this movie today with wife and the boys… The movie is good! Full of excitement from start to end! Nakakasara ng pwet! 9 of 10! Recommended! Plus, it stars John Cussack, that cool dude from Serendipity, Stephen King’s 1408 and others.. woah! 2012 and 1408.. nice two four-digit movie title! :)
2012 is a 2009 science fiction disaster film based loosely on the 2012 phenomenon and directed by Roland Emmerich. The film has an ensemble cast, including John Cusack, Amanda Peet, Danny Glover, Thandie Newton, Oliver Platt, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and Woody Harrelson. The film was distributed by Columbia Pictures. Filming began in August 2008 in Vancouver. The film is set in a modern setting and only brushes on Mayanism and the Mesoamerican Long Count calendar.
The effects are awesome! If you’ve ever visited Googel Earth or saw any gps application, you’ll see earth in sky view and imagine it falling in the abyss of the earth’s crust! WOw!
